Excellent food and presentations. The octopus anticuchos were amazing. One of the most tender pieces of pulpo I have ever had. The dishes were very well balanced with flavor and tastes. The unique and different cocktails that have some local ingredients are a must try.

It is a nice place to eat! They have really good food, tea and desserts. I highly recommend the fish of the day and the chocolate red berry’s dessert. The service is really good!

Perhaps THE best restaurant ever. The food was spectacular, tasteful, it's like art of course. They have a wide variety of plates and the service was very attentive. We had 3 plates and so sad we couldn't try any desserts because we were already full. But I would definitely return! Drinks were so good too!! A little bit expensive but worth it!!!

The appetizers were creative and delicious. The entrees were also presented beautifully. Service could have been more attentive. 2 times we just sat there waiting for our server to move the meal forward. 1 plate was delivered 12 minutes before the other three. The manager was so kind and apologized. Overall wonderful experience.

An incredible surprise on our way to Ica! We stumbled upon Restaurante Ballestas, and couldn't have been happier. The food was absolutely amazing. I strongly suggest the Lomo Anticuchero and the Hierba Luisa Pisco sou. And our waiter, Oscar, was the kindest, most attentive waiter we've ever had. A truly perfect experience—we'll be back!

Google maps is wrong, it's across the street inside the resort! I walked here from the downtown area. Had me knocking on 3 doors to find it. Alas well worth the adventure this food was amazing and the server was great too!

Excellenet experience, 5-star standard, all of our food were cooked just perfectly, and our drinks were tasty too. The vibe, the servers were working just right! I read a low score review saying they didn't clean the bread scrumb from the table, but our server did do that, I don't know if they read the reviews and improved the service, or it was just our luck. In general we were very satisfied with everything, nothing to complain, this restaurant deserves its higher price.
